A bit about me

After over 15 years of teaching psychology at the collegiate level and practicing psychology in the private sector, I've learned so many things I'd love to shout from the rooftops. I have a burning desire to make psychological concepts mainstream knowledge. My goal: To decrease stigma surrounding mental health in a fun and entertaining way. Our psychological issues shouldn't be intimidating. There is legitimacy behind what we feel, how we think, and what we do. Let me prove it to you.
